Helping you feel better from your autoimmune disease symptoms is my jam.

But I've been in your shoes and know how overwhelming it can be. SO many new terms, options, and even conflicting information!

I've worked with thousands of people over the last decade as an autoimmune coach, and have noticed so many common questions and issues.

What is the best thing to do for my autoimmune disease? What are the Paleo and AIP diets? How do you do them without too much thought or effort?

I kept creating resources to answer these questions and to make your life easier while implementing them. And these are what is inside the Autoimmune Health Resource Library!

How amazing would it be to:

  • Know your options for reversing your autoimmune disease naturally and feel empowered to take action?
  • Get the basics of the Paleo or Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) diet within minutes?
  • Confidently navigate the grocery store and avoid the junk
  • Understand what all those weird are (cassava flour?!? coconut aminos??)
  • Save money on healthy foods
  • Get deeper and more restful sleep
  • and so, so much more!

Sounds pretty cool, right?

Now you can access everything from ONE place.

It's called the Autoimmune Health Resource Library and I'm constantly adding in NEW content.

Guides, cookbooks, cheat sheets, templates, meal plans, and more.

You won't be disappointed!

About Michele

Michele Spring on beach

Something snapped in me back in 2014, the day I sat in a chair on my patio, listlessly watching my young toddlers play in the grass. When my youngest asked me to come play, I had to, for the umpteenth time that month, say no because I didn’t have the energy to get out of the chair. It was heartbreaking. That was no way for a mom to live. Nor was bearing the heart palpitations, hair loss, irregular periods, low-grade fevers, chills, brain fog and the myriad of other symptoms of Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis I felt but was too scared to speak out loud.

That day I decided I had to make a change. I may have been alive, but I wasn’t living. Despite having gone from doctor to doctor without answers or solutions, I researched and searched and finally found a helpful doctor who put me on the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP diet). It was rough, not gonna lie. This was back even before anyone knew about the diet and hardly any recipes existed, so options were limited, bland, and took forever to make. I sometimes felt like it was a second full-time job! Yet, as I looked at my kids I knew I couldn’t give up so I started to make systems and strategies - and delicious recipes - to make it so much easier.

Now I’m so thankful I persevered because it helped me go from that helpless mom to one who camps, hikes rigorous mountain trails with my family, loves yoga, Pilates, and Barre workouts, volunteers for hours every week at school, and best of all - plays with my kids for as long as I want. All of my symptoms are gone and I feel a vibrancy and zest for life that I didn’t even know was possible!
