Dump Freezer Cooking is Easy Peasy

You simply "dump" ingredients for 7-14 meals - WITHOUT ANY COOKING - into a bag. Then you label the bags and put them in the freezer.  

  

You can easily stock up on several weeks' worth of meals in less than an hour!  

  

It can be done even when you're completely exhausted.  

  

When you need a meal, take one out, thaw it overnight in the fridge or quickly in cold water (some don't even require thawing), and then throw it in the crockpot, Instant Pot, oven or stove. Most of the cooking is COMPLETELY HANDS-OFF. Just set it and go.  

The majority of recipes have instructions to cook in multiple different ways, so you're not stuck if you don't own an Instant Pot or you forgot to put it in the crockpot in time.


PREP  

Simply cut up the meat and veggies (or buy pre-cut), add to a freezer-safe bag or container, and add any spices and sauces.

FREEZE  

Lay the meals flat in your freezer to save space, and store up to six months.  


COOK  

Thaw in your fridge overnight or quickly with cold water (some don't even need thawing) and throw in your slow cooker, Instant Pot, oven, stove, or grill. Each recipe has multiple ways of cooking.

How is this book delivered?

The Paleo & AIP Freezer Meals Book is a PDF download. You'll receive the file immediately upon purchase and then can view it on any device or print it out if you want a hard copy.


What version of AIP is this compliant with?

This for the Paleo Autoimmune Protocol, which is the version by Dr. Sarah Ballantyne. So by nature it is both Paleo & AIP.


I can't eat coconut. Is there anything for me in this book?

Several of the recipes use coconut aminos which really cannot be replaced unless you make your own coconut-free version first. The other coconut ingredients (coconut milk, oil, and sugar) can be substituted with your choice of ingredients however. I suggest tigernut milk for the coconut milk, avocado oil for the coconut oil, and maple sugar for the coconut sugar.

Are these all dinner recipes?

While I encourage you to rethink breakfast on AIP, these meals are what are typically considered to be dinner or lunch meals. However, they do make great breakfasts on AIP if you're willing to stray away from the typical breakfast foods!


AIP flours are expensive. Do all of the recipes require a ton of them?

There are no flours used in this book except for a bit of arrowroot powder to thicken a sauce. 


What is AIP?

The AIP Diet (Paleo Autoimmune Protocol) is a temporary healing elimination and reintroduction strategy specifically for those with autoimmune disease. The main idea of the diet is to remove foods proven by scientific studies to commonly be problematic for those with autoimmune disease, then add in nutrient-dense foods that will help replenish your body and allow you to heal (which means relief from your symptoms!). In the end, you’ve got a highly customized diet that works best for YOU.
